my daddy

hey my dad is nt living with me any more and i saw him for the first time in 11months i jumped on him and started to cry so much he had tear stains on his jacket as he was leaving after he said that we would be able to see him on sunday but one time we set up a date with him and he never showed up so as he was leaving i thought to my self "is he really coming back to see us or is he just walking out of my life again?" he never called the date never happend

i feel that emotions can run wild and free and some can be locked down and when feeling become un controllable its hard to lock them down and thats the promblem iam facing right now so please give me some tips on how to lock those fellings back down and be in controll again. thanx for helping
